ROUTINE REPAIRS AND EMERGENCY ROADSIDE REPAIRS
Managed Mobile services a wide variety of commercial fleet vehicles including light duty autos and police cruisers, light duty trucks and cargo vans, medium duty diesel trucks including flatbeds, bobtails, box trucks and heavy-duty diesel trucks and class 8 tractors.
Routine repairs include issues, defects, and worn components noted during our vehicle safety inspections as well items your drivers note during their daily vehicle inspection reports (DVIR). We engage unexpected issues that arise in your yard or out on the road. When you need a timely response to get a truck up and running Managed Mobile is there for you.
MANAGED MOBILE'S 3C PROTOCOL
Managed Mobile technicians follow the “3C Protocol” for trouble shooting, diagnosing, and repairing your vehicle:
- Complaint: Any noted defect on the vehicles such as “Brake lights don’t work.”
- Cause: The reason for the complaint as identified by our technician following standard operating procedures for diagnosing and troubleshooting the affected system(s) such as “Damaged/Broken wire at brake light housing.”
- Correction: The corrective action our technician takes to repair or replace a worn, damaged, or defective component. “Repaired wire connection, replaced.”
Additionally, all maintenance and repair work performed by Managed Mobile is coded using industry best practice Vehicle Maintenance Repair Standard (VMRS) codes for accuracy and consistency. Both VRMS coding and the 3C Protocol allows Managed Mobile to provide our customers with detailed vehicle maintenance and repair history on every vehicle for warranty tracking, cost analysis/vehicle cycling, and safety compliance.
